About our Cafe:His Cup Cafe, part of Acts IV Ministries and operated by Rev. Jim and Terri Ekensten, promotes fellowship by creating an atmosphere for community to meet over a great cup of coffee. Our beans are only specialty grade, high grown Arabica coffee beans and are freshly roasted, ordered and delivered each week. We take pride in selling the best tasting coffee and specialty drinks in town. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. Stop in or contact us at 440-992-0798 Job Description -You will be responsible for the daily operations and overall appearance of the cafe and all related areas. Some of the responsibilities include drink and food preparation, customer service, cleaning, stocking and other administrative tasks. Job Expectations - ability to use all equipment, attention to detail exhibits good customer service, assists in varied customer service tasks, knows how to handle customer complaints, maintains the cafe's visual appearance keeping it clean and neat, knows and follows company procedures, greet, recognize, assist and thank every customer.
